Get started
To receive your card, you need to be enrolled in a health plan that offers Healthy Benefits+. The exact timing for receiving your card depends on your plan's enrollment process.
Call the number in your welcome materials or on the back of your card.
You can log in to your Healthy Benefits+ account through the website or app.
On the website, click Log in in the top menu. If you can't remember your password, click Forgot password?
In the app, tap Sign in with HealthSafe ID. If you can't remember your password, tap Forgot password?
You received your card based on your specific health plan. The card helps members access and afford items and services that support health and well-being.
